Research Associate - Drug Design (m/w/d)
Silence Therapeutics is currently seeking a Research Associate(m/f/d)for a fixed-term position of up to 2 years at our Berlin-Buch location.
In this role, you will work in the Molecular Design Department within the Drug Design team. Together with scientists and other research associates, you will perform experiments supporting the preclinical development of therapeutically active siRNAs. You will analyze and document experimental results and contribute to smooth laboratory operations.

Technical Assistant or Biological Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)
for a fixed-term position of up to 2 years at our Berlin-Buch location.
In this role, you will work in the Molecular Design Department within the Drug Design team. Together with scientists and other research associates, you will perform experiments supporting the preclinical development of therapeutically active siRNAs. You will analyze and document experimental results and contribute to smooth laboratory operations.
Expected qualification and skills:

Solid experience with cell culture techniques as well as cellular and molecular biology methods (RNA isolation, qPCR)

Very good MS Office skills for data analysis and documentation

High motivation and a structured working style

Strong collaborative skills combined with the ability to work independently

Qualification as BTA, Biological Laboratory Technician (“Biologielaborant”), or B.Sc. in a life science discipline

Good command of German (B2) and English
Preferred qualifications and skills

Protein analysis techniques (ELISA)

Experience working in 384-well and multiplex formats

Experience in method development
-
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
